There were a lot of great reviews on Holland's biggest
restaurant site, IENS.nl. One of those reviews stroke us in
particular:

Eating Michelin star food without the hodge podge...you'll have
to go and eat there!

This review kind of summs it up for us. This is exactely what we
do at Daalder.

Picture this: two classically trained Chefs in a tiny kitchen taking
pride in the fact to cook beautiful dishes in a crafty way;
everything homemade!

Beautiful food, with excellent glass of wine for a more than good
price. And always served with a smile...
